- I just arrived from Denver and I really needed to change my transmission fluid (manual, just 75w90 gear oil). I had the oil but my floor jack was one of the few items that the movers wanted to keep for themselves, instead of giving back to me. So I really needed just some help and maybe a few min with their lift. They were super helpful, and offered to help me do something that they don't normally do. It saved me a lot of time and hassle. - Something punctured my tire and it went flat quickly. I was near Shield's and so I pulled in. A technician quickly filled my tire with air to protect the rim and then went to plug the tire. He then checked to make sure the plug would hold and when it didn't gave me options. I had a car load of groceries and a kid who needed to be somewhere so he just put my spare tire on. - I brought in my Mazda MPV with what I thought was going to be an expensive Shock and Strut Assembly replacement and after diagnosis, Shields discovered the problem to be a much simpler fix.
